About Amfion
Amfion is a white-label AI booking platform for service businesses: salons, clinics, studios, and the agencies and software companies that serve them. It answers customer questions from verified business information, checks real availability, and books appointments: on the business’s website, on a hosted booking page, on the phone and by text and email, and through a standard endpoint that other AI assistants can call directly.

What we build
Under the chat window is booking infrastructure.
A scheduling engine with per-service capacity and staff assignment, Cal.com and Google Calendar integration, deposits through Stripe, lifecycle email (waitlist backfill, rebooking nudges, review requests), a phone channel with warm transfer, texting on approved numbers, and a partner API that lets platforms run fleets of businesses with atomic, versioned catalog updates. The conversational assistant is the front door; the transactional engine is the product.
Principles
Four rules we build by.
Answers carry provenance
Every fact the assistant serves has a stored verification state: who asserted it, when, and from what source. Unverified information is labeled, not asserted. Nothing the model writes can upgrade its own trust level.
The booking is a transaction, not a chat message
Availability is checked and capacity enforced inside the database transaction that writes the booking. Two customers racing for the last slot resolve correctly. Confirmations are idempotent: a retry can never double-book.
Agent-native by default
Every business on Amfion exposes a standard MCP endpoint, so third-party AI assistants can answer questions, check live availability, and reserve appointments under exactly the same rules, limits, and deposits as a human visitor.
Marketing says only what the code does
We removed our own placeholder testimonials and unshipped-feature pages, and our CI crawls the rendered site to verify structured data matches what is actually on each page. If a claim cannot be verified, it does not ship.
The company
Small team, shipped in the open.
Amfion is operated by Amfion LLC, a United States company. The product is built and run by a small team that ships in the open where it can: our changelog tracks what actually landed and when, and our security page describes how customer and tenant data is protected, including the things we do not have yet.
Force Digital supports Amfion’s public website, product positioning, and search content system. Read the Force Digital case study for a closer look at that work.
