Amfion drafts rehearsals from real conversations that went wrong; you can also write one in a minute: the customer’s messages plus the checkboxes it must pass.
Activate the rehearsals that matter

Run them whenever something changes
A knowledge edit, a rule change, a new model: run the suite before customers see it. Runs never touch your calendar.

Does a rehearsal create real bookings or send real messages?
No. Rehearsals run in a sandbox: the assistant behaves exactly as it does in production, but booking, lead and messaging actions are captured for grading instead of executed.
Where do rehearsals come from?
Two places. You can script them by hand, and Amfion drafts them from real conversations that went wrong: a thumbs-down on an answer, a conversation handed to a person, or a booking abandoned at the deposit step. Drafts are redacted before you see them.
Does Amfion use Rehearsal Studio itself?
Yes. Changes to how the assistant retrieves knowledge, remembers long conversations and chooses tools are tested through Rehearsal Studio before they ship, with the same runs every account can trigger.
Can a rehearsal prove a booking really lands?
It proves what the assistant would do, not that an external calendar accepted it. For that, make a test booking from your dashboard preview; it is excluded from your reports.
